Users must log time on a task before they can move it into the Done column. Turn this on when you need reliable time data for billing or reporting.
As soon as anyone marks a task Blocked, the whole team is stopped from pulling new tasks until the block is cleared. Encourages people to swarm on the blocker instead of working around it.
